That Was Skerries Got Talent 2014

Skerries got Talent general 2014Skerries Got Talent is such a beautiful event. Every year, children and young people prepare pieces and showcase them on the Little Theatre stage.

It takes quite some guts to get up in front of an audience to audition… and then even more to return and be in the actual competition, so fair play to all the competitors!

This year, they all performed a song together while the judges were out. A Happy song!

Here are some impressions from the night. Click on any picture to see them in larger format; scroll to the bottom of the page for the list of winners and the coverage in Skerries News!

And the winners are:

Junior Section: Alice Brannigan, voice and violin (2nd: HipHop dancer Luke Carr, 7; 3rd: Muireann McDonald, singer).
Senior Section: Emma Quinn (2nd: Kate Lambkin, 3rd (joint): Kate O’Kelly; Eva Campbell) – all guitar & voice. Do we spot a trend there?
